No problems Just facts

I usually train At home I been using my free weights.

I usually go crazy trying to lift really heavy my mind just tells me if its a tiny bit light lift heavier and go crazy.

I just started to Go to My uni Gym

I just dont have motivation to stick to sets

Example Bench

First day at the gym and my mind tells me, add more weight f##k injury even my Pal tells me ur crazy

I mean if i see a weight nearby i just wanna add it to the bar

I been goin 3 days a week, and its been 3 weeks Now and ive added upto 95kg on the bar, dont know what that is in lbs i just wanna add more and more

ive had sum close injury calls even when i feel the sharp pain's i just push and push, i know it sounds crazy even my pal struggles looking at me and hes 8 years older at 26

I mean calm me down guys RIP

If you u wanna take sum postives from this i tell you guyz go crazy with the weights, sumtimes i push so hard i can only mange i rep.

I been getting results using supplments, you name it all that sort of crap

Yes it good to lift heavy, but only doing one max rep is not going to help you build muscle well.

You need to find a weight that you can bearly complete your sets with. Being 3-4 sets of 6, 8, whatever. Also, I find that if I reach failure early by lifting too much, then I feel weaker through out the rest of the workout.

I like your enthusiasm, but ya got to be carefull.

Stay in the low reps to build muscle. First day at the gym and my mind tells me, add more weight f##k injury even my Pal tells me ur crazy - Don't be an idiot about lifting. If you injure yourself... you'll be out for weeks... losing all the muscle you just gained.
