Im 16 years old and I dont start back school until 18th of August, I heard that this diet requires you to eat six times in a day and most students don't have the time to because of school, will this effect me hugely once school starts back up?

More importantly, is this thing legit? Does it really work? Have people had any problems with it? Throwing away 100+ dollars over the internet is new territory for me and I'm kind of nervous. If it does make a difference and if it does work, I will end up buying it, because I'm tired of being the tall but skinny, out of shape kid.

Yes it works, but it's more of a summary of some good information you can find for free. Instead of throwing away 100 bucks you can just check the sticky here and follow it and get great results too. If you're new then you will grow no matter what you do, and DIESELs guide is very good to start off with until you discover what works for you.

You need to eat to get bigger. I brought gainer to school so I could get calories all the time. It's not that hard to eat 6 times a day if you plan a little.

SKinnyguy.net is basically some guy tossing together a bunch of easily found knowledge and making people pay for them. You can get that stuff for free. Read the threads around here, on other lifting forums. Research diet, powerlifting, "Westside" all that stuff. You'll be able to toss together something that works for you.

Yes it does work.

But it's not worth the money. And it's TOO anal retentive.

You can buy Body For Life if you want an easy-to-do, get fit 101 program or you can start right here at DIESEL's bulking guide.

BFL is a LOT cheaper than Skinnyguy anyway.

Ask alotta questions on this forum, you'll get all the info you'll ever need.

As for school, what I did was eat a few quik bites between classes. Not snack/junk food, but a few bites of real food between classes.

Also guides like skinneyguy.net are just guidlines. Everybody's body is unique, you have to listen to you body and explore whats best for you. Start out with diesel's problem, but also look for diet/workout stuff that works for you.
