When i was younger i was usually not very forgetful, but people names i am starting to forget and also things people tell me. During some gym classes i find it hard to peform techniques right like something heel, toe and lift left arm in air or during boxing its combiantions when my trainer is taking me on pads. I don't know if this is because i have got older, lack of sleep (i get 8 hours), food i eat ( i eat a lot of food fruit, veggies, meat and eat everry 3 hours) or it may be due to exhaustion from training. i was wondering if any of u knew the problem or better yet some way to stop it.

thanks

You play a lot of sports or ever get hit in the head hard but thought it was nothing so you didn't go in to get checked out?

You could have an undiagnosed concussion.

Good for you man.

The wrestler Bret Hart had around 7 concussions in his career with the last one ending it.

Then he had an accident while riding his bike and landed on his head which caused him to get a stroke.

He recovered a lot from the stroke but he mentioned in interviews how all the concussions he had made it so he had memory problems and emotional problems.

The memory problems I could understand but I was like damn when I heard they could give you emotional problems too but I guess it makes sense because your brain controls all that stuff and when it gets rattled with a concussion damn near anything can happen to ya.

honestly it sounds pretty normal to me man.... you party alot? drinker/smoker?

I think you need to relax more probably.... Try meditating.. seriously it will clear your brain and make it operate better. And it will help you focus more. If your brain is always ticking away too much it will start getting cloudy and cluttered.. relax it and get back to a "natural" relaxed core.

And maybe exercise your brain in other ways... Read a book on memory by 'Tony Buzan'.. just the simple exercises he has you do MASSIVELY improves memory and brain power, work on mental puzzles, play chess... its a muscle that needs to be exercised and toned, otherwise it will become fat a flabby :)

but yeah, it doesnt sound serious to me. Wouldnt stress it. You're probably just growing up and going through a phase. But by all means get a medical check up if it will make you feel better.

Read books and do iq tests.
Seriously, this is the BEST method of resting and rehab for your mind after concussion or blow to the head.

Well guys i went to doctors and she said it is probablly not a concusion because i wud know if it was and symptoms were not to similar. Anyway she told me to go hospital to do a few check up tomorrow, jus in case. I think the cause cud b due to thinking about to many things at one time, but i will tell u how the hospital tests go and i will take the advice u have given me into consideration and ask the doctor on them. thanks.
