Whats up guys. I seen where the norweigan guy started his own thing so this is my own self improvement journal/field report. For now I'm gonna focus on tryin new things everyday and building up numbers.

Little Background Info: 19, college sophomore, Never consistent with the females, No real direction in life.

My Goals Today:

1. 
   NEW THING: Go to the Pet store and play with some spiders, Im absolutely terrified of them.
   Trade In my old clothes and get some new ones
   Finish All my spanish work
   I work today so lets try to start savin some money
   Meet with an advisor to get some new classes
   Ill start the DJ BootCamp too. Gonna get 50 hi's before next wednesday

The best way to get good with women is to get good with yourself first.
Work on anything that you fear, just like the spiders.
If you fear saying hi to strangers, work on saying hi till you don't think twice.
Then if you still fear saying hi to women specifically, work on saying hi till you don't think twice.
Do this for everything that you fear and you'll find yourself in a whole different mindset.

You may also say to yourself, 'if I can face spiders, I can face women'.

• Finally play with the Spiders
• Say hi to some women, damn I havent started anything in this area
