I have a weak nervous system by design. I get stressed, and anxious easily. Either that or I'm still mentally f*cked up. But I have been working on it using sublimation, forcing myself to be more extroverted and get rid of what I am thinking and feeling... and some herbal support.

Right now I am on the following:


Tribulus
Stinging Nettle Root (supposedly anti-estrogen properties)
ZMA

Gingko Bilboa

MultiVitamin
Fish Oil Capsules

St. John's Wort
Valerian Root


Too much?

A good quality multivitamen.
Vit C 500-2000 mg day
Fish Oil. Aim for 1-4 grams of EPA/DHA combined. (search for fish oil, lots of posts on fish oil benefits).

The other stuff the jury is out on their effectiveness.

St. John's has been proven. Valerian does work as a mild sedative.

Don't know about the rest, but I get REALLY horny on Tribulus.
