i respect you all greatly and i need your advice. I think I have a serious problem with my diet, not that its bad, I just have a problem with cheating.

my current daily diet consists of:

5:50: I get up at this time and have one orange (a small piece of fruit basically, and do 35 minutes of steady cardio on a stationary bike.
7:00: Chicken and vegetables
8:45: apple when I get to school
11:20: Tuna in pitta bread
1:00: I take in beef and veggies in a tupperware container
4:00: cottage cheese when I get home, an hour before I go in the gym
7:00: Chicken and vegetables again

I'm quite happy with this diet, but it'll get to friday, and at the start of the week I'll have been fully motivated to get the best body I can, but, slowly through the course of the week, my motivation will get lower and lower, and I end up thinking about the junk food, and inevitably I cheat on a saturday big time and on sunday im motivated to begin again and the process continues.

I need to stop and I was wondering if any of you have and good advice on how I could avoid the temptation of junk food successfully.

Maybe have that chicken fried sometimes?

For me, I find it easier to stay away from total junk when I put some variety into my diet. Beef and veggies for lunch one day, a burger with lettuce and tomato the next, spaghetti with meatballs the next, steak and salad . . . just take the same basic food groups, but in a variety of forms.

if you plan for those cheat meals it's not necessarily a big deal.

A low carb approach can stave off hunger quite a bit.

However if you mean you have a psychological craving for junk food just do what Throttle says and that should work.
