Well i havnt been to the gym in about a month...I have school and football practice from 8-3 school and 3-6 practice, i go home tired, shower and do my homework. I simply have no time to lift weights like i used to. How can i make some time in my schedual? I really wanna go back and lift.

You don't have the moderation, so you should quit.

So you have football every day?

You could do them in the morning.

You should not be doing weights if you do football everyday. You will over-train and get injuries. Especially if your diet is not spot on.

You could do weights in the morning but I wouldn't advise it if you train every day.

The pros don't even train every day! Thats just stupid. Take some days off.

Well what do you suggest I should do? I have no say over when football practice is, its 4-5 days a week not including game days, its up to the school not me.
