I need to know if there's anything that could be done in this situation.

My mom and cosigned for a car for her dirty b*tch of a husband. The dude is out and about with another woman and what not. Anyway the f*cker has been f*ckin up on the car payments and getting tickets and my mother's being held resposible. What this ******* did now is he let the b*tch that he's with buy him a car and gave the car that's in my mother's name to someone else. My mom has no clue what the hell is gonna happen now. Is there anything that can be done?

Ok, first of the best thing I can reccomend is that your mom consult with an attorney. Laws can vary quite a bit from state to state...

As far as I know though, unfortunately if your mom co-signed on the purchase or lease, she is responsible for the car. She may be able to settle this issue in civil court, but again, consult with an attorney.

As far as the tickets are concerned, do you mean parking tickets? Parking tickets would be the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle, so again, you mom would be responsible if her name is on the provisional title of the vehicle.

Any moving violations commited by this guy should not be a concern though.

i agreee with exploring, and in some states a court may make him give her back the vehicle since she will end up paying it off.
