Hey guys ive been browsing the forums on here looking for a routine thats right for me to bulk up. Problem with that is i'm not very good with this stuff. I know my main problem is calories protein that stuff. But most of that stuff baffles me because aside from certain things like eggs tuna cottage cheese and protein shakes i have no idea what to eat or how much to eat.
I'm gonna be joining a gym here soon the sooner the better if plans go well. But before i can even think about that i need to get ready to eat right.I'm a small guy and i have a very fast metabolism so i really need help here if anyone would b so kind as to help me out through pm or email it makes no differance to me.Now i could go and try one routine for a week and see how it affects me but i dont wanna waste my time doin things wrong when i can hopefully get help from you all.
I'm 5'7" 110-115lbs so i have a long ways to go id like for someone to help me set up a routine i can do for bulking getting the biggest gains the quickest way. Don't get me wrong i know this takes time but i wanna bulk as quick as i can and not waste time. So if any experts are willing to give me advice tips routines and a list of food and supplements which to avoid all that stuff id greatly appreciate it
