yo wuts good?? i'm 5'8 i weigh 145 lbs im 15 going on 16 in a few months, and currently im trying to eat alot to gain wieght and build muscle mass, in the weight gaining part last month i weighed 135lbs and now i weigh 145 lbs hoping that my scale in the bathroom is correct, and as far as the building muscle mass part, i havent seen a difference, im very skinny and i have a 4 pack when i bend over slightly and flex, im trying to get my bottom 2 but its hard, and i dont go to the gym, i have my own dumbell, barbell, and a little workout machine (lat pull downs, pec decks, leg lifts, seated cable row, etc) in my backyard and thats what ive been using, i am trying to lift heavy and do low reps, but i havent seen a big difference (i can curl 25 like 7 times, its heavy for me) so if u can help this poor ectomorph turn into something bigger and i need advice and help on my 2 lower abs(i do hanging knee raises but i dont feel a thing in my lowers), and my overall muscle thanks, if u need pics, just tell me ill try and post some.

What does your routine look like and how much do you eat? You're not going to get big with your own dumbells and a workout machine though, I can tell you that.

No we don't need pics, if anything please don't post them. This is the internet, there's all sorts of creeps so be smart.

You're an ectomorph. So you need to train like an ectomorph.

1. Eat more. Milk is your beverage of choice.
2. Train less often. 3x per week. Front, back, legs.
3. When you do train, make sure you use heavy weights and make the exercises intense. That means use compound exercises!
4. Cardio is your enemy. Being an ectomorph you already have a fast metabolism and you don't need it to speed up anymore.

What complete gyms do you have access to in the area? School gym, college gym, community gym, private gyms... etc.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

OK. I'm sure you can get SOME money to go to the gym.

Your cheapest options are school gyms. Go to your high school, or a college/university. Community gyms are a little more expensive, but it really depends on your area.

You can continue with your 25lb dumbbells but I've never seen any muscular guys that use that light a weight, have you?

Get a job, pay for gym, enter gym, lift barbells ----> you get noticeably bigger.

Don't get job, work out in your backyard, feel good after lifting DBs -----> you are bigger for 10 minutes after workout and feel huge, but no appreciable size change.
