7.5kg won't even last you 1 workout session. I suggest that you try and join a gym or buy a rack, barbell and about 100kg worth of plates to start with. That is all you need.

If that isn't an option, I recommend to do bodyweight stuff: Chin ups, push ups, one legged squats. Again, that will only get you so far, you need to weight train if you want to make visible progress.

If you're playing football 3-4 hours a day, don't expect huge gains - its too much cardio.

Look at runners bodies if you don't believe me.

What he said. The best way to start in my opinion, is to just do body weight workouts.

I'd start off with push ups. There are soooo many push up variations it's insane. Depending on the width of your hands and how high or low they are compared to your shoulders, you can work a lot of different areas of your upper body and core. Put your hands far below your shoulders and really tight to your body, and you've got yourself a great tricep workout. Put em high and far apart and you'll really be working your upper deltoids and abs. Push ups also are great for your back, too. They really are a great exercise. The only thing they won't help is your biceps. And that's where pull ups come into play.

There's even a website with a program to work up to being able to do 100 consecutive push ups - - http://hundredpushups.com/index.html#sthash.N6UlfEYo.dpbs

I do disagree that you won't have any visible progress unless you hit the weights. You will make some small gains and tone up as they're more of a thing that will build muscle endurance, but you'll still get stronger.

Hope this helps. And yeah 7.5 kg dumbbells won't get you anywhere.

If your body is skinny and you don't have a time to gym then you brought some specific gym equipment at home and make 15 round and 3 sets of each game every day you will feel in few days that your skin is going to be tight as you want.
