Whats up everybody, well i have been working out for like a month and a half, and i have been eating 5-6 times a day, and the first 2 weeks i gained a lot of fat, since then i havent gain as much fat, but last week my stomach began to get big, and is not fat, what can i do to keep it flat?? is getting bigger and bigger
i think is because all the food i eat so i can bulk, but i dont eat junk food
