hey can you guys give me some advice on how to move out of my parents house?? i dont have many friends that can do that right now but ive been having problems with my parents lately and really think i need to move out!! im 22 and i think its my time.

heres the break down of estimated costs:

apartment at $750 a month for 6 month lease: $4500

Groceries: about $250 a month?

Going out exspenses: $150 a month? only go out like once a week.

im thinking of paying for the $4500 lease with a credit card....then getting a second job working about 60 hours a week total to pay it off...

average 2 week paycheck at my current job is $455.00. but they are giving me a full time position now so thats good.. should jump up to at lease $620 every 2 weeks.

then the second job should pay about the same but only getting PT about 24 hrs a week.

You are going to need a ton of cashola to move out and survive. Trust me, i learned this the hard way and now im back at home haha.

If i were you id get that 60 hour a week job now and start saving. Put together like 6 grand THEN move out. At least you will have all your rent covered, plus you will be working anyway so you will have alot of extra cash for whatever.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

NO, but. I have considered it.

I have like friggin 7k saved up. But seeing as how i work part time and earn $8 an hr, so that's like $150 a week. in the long run i'll go broke.

one of my close friends owns a condo in his buildling and rents it out for about 1.5k a month. He said if i ever wanted ot move in, he would kick out the current tenant.

Let's see, food, transportation, hang out..it eats my weekly check into more than half. Even if i had a bloody roomie, in the long run i'll just go broke and running back to my parents place.

With me going back to school next semester, ill barely be able to work at all, needless to say save.

the best solution atm is just going towards my goal into finishing college and finding a high paying job to support myself.

Room mates ease the tention. Look in the paper and find someone who already has a place and is looking for a room mate. Shop around, you might even find a guy who has a phat pad and porn stars coming over on weekends (not likely but could happen). Also a room mate might have connections to get you a better job so you'll be able to cover your living expences, not be broke, and not have to work two jobs. You'll shoot yourself working all those long hours, seriously.

stay at home but never be home....... cheap and effective

If you're thinking when you move out you'll be able to get more action that will not be the case if you're working hard (60 hours a week).

But do it and find out the hard way like I did :D

Cheers

Do what i am doing.... In 2 months time i am getting a room with kitchen, shower, everything in it built NEXT to my house ON my parents house property (its a big property) So I live 10 metres away from my parents, no rent, free food, electricity, water, etc, AND i live BY MYSELF, so bringing ladies home for some "action" is no problem either. Its the cheapest, best way to live at this age. When i am in my late 20's and i wanna movine into a place with my girl, then I'll hopefully have enough money to buy a small place for me and her, and if i dont, i'm sure she will be happy to help out, as i plan on marrying a rather whealthy girl. Renting out is bullshh!t in my eye's! Rather BUY a place rather than pay some guy to just live there. So save up, take a loan from the bank, etc, but DONT rent. For the next couple of years i'll be fine in my seperate room though, and the only reason I'll move wil be to start settling down with a girl etc, which will be in my late 20's most probably. And by the way... building a new room like the one i am going to have isnt THAT expencive;)

Laterz...
