Help Me!

Okay, quick rundown. I'm not in horrible shape. shoot, I'm not in bad shape. I'm about 2 months from being where I want to end up, if that, just loose some of the fat from around my wist, and that's really it, maybe tone up my bi's and chest a tad bit more.

Anyway, I just can't find time to workout. I work about 12-13 hours a day. I like to sleep every once in a while. I feel like **** becuase I ask myself to do what amounts to the impossible and I expect myself to, and I get fustrated when I can't.

Any words/help would be greatly appricated

ok by tone up I guess you mean lose fat like you said. however you cannot spot reduce from certain areas you'd like to such as your waist and chest. instead you must do cardio while lifting heavy to maintain as much muscle mass as possible. also, get a clean diet and eat enough calories.

man you work a lot. however, a workout is a pretty quickie thing to do. it shouldn't take hours. maybe cut away some computer time or tv time and you will have time for a workout. cardio...wake up a bit earlier and do some cardio. also, remember losing fat and looking good will take time so do not expect to get there fast. that should take some of the pressure off yourself knowing it will be a gradual progression. good luck

For you I thinnk diet would be key, unless you already eat clean. Try having 5-6 small meals a day, it speeds up matabolism. And like Potbelly said a workout shouldn't take that long. Only 45 minutes or so.

I like being fat because i have high self esteem and im proud of my rolls. I feel so sorry for those mucsly bulky body builder guys. Some of them just look so scary and mad most of the time. Besides my husband says Im beautiful just how I am. Ive only gained about 160 pounds since our marriage. I would go to the gym but I am constantly busy running after these kids. Well i have to go. Its my time of the day to eat a gallon of ice cream and go watch The Days of Our Lives
