ok, i weight 170 lbs and im 5"9' and im 16 years old, and now i got a girlfriend and i dont want to look bad to her so i want to loose some weight and get more muscle. i cant afford weights, so i need to know wat exercises will help me build muscle and how many times a week and stuff liek that, also some kind of diet would be good, thanks, btw is my first time posting in this part of the forum, so if this is an inappropiate question or something, im sorry, ok sooo thanks!
