I'm hungover, got upset with my girlfriend last night and left in the middle of the night. She's probably pissed and not texting me back and my mind is saying she's going to break up with me when she's probably just busy. My stomach is all in knots and I feel nauseous. I know I'm being a little b!txh but I need my brothers here to reassure me and talk me down a bit because I really feel like complete doo doo.

I realize I'm being a wuss at the moment but I need a strong DJ mindset to be running through my head instead of the weak worries that are currently running through my head

840 posts and you still react like an afc. I guess you have spented quite a lot of a pointless time here in the forums because you learned nothing.

In your place i would read the dj bible. It always brings me in the right path and reminds me many things.

NSX-R is right, you should know better. There's no point in reiterating that further though, so I'll leave it alone. Just know that you've got to do some real thinking about yourself and life - you shouldn't be finding yourself in these mentally stressful situations often, especially with women. And if you do, you gotta be able to deal with it.

If you really fked up, apologize. Say you're sorry once, and be done with it. That's all there is to it, and calmly accept whatever her reaction is (don't beg, plead, repeatedly apologize, etc. if her reaction is negative). Always be willing to walk away and let her go, if she wants to leave. Sometimes someone makes a mistake in a relationship...it's not always the end of it (barring something like cheating, ofc). Only when you talk to her will you know. When you next meet her, be composed and accept whatever happens.

As with any mistake in life, all you can do is learn from it. Whatever happened, it happened, and all you can do is deal with the results as best as you possibly can. If things go south...take it as a learning experience. Each day of your life, you are growing, growing into a stronger and better person. Any sort of failure is the catalyst of growth...just be the best you can be from this point forward.

This may all be simply therapeutic rather than practical; so what would I do? I would wait a bit, maybe a day or two max, then contact her and meet up. But that's just me. In the end, you know her, and whatever the problem was that made her mad better than us, so it's your call. Have confidence in yourself and in your ability to navigate the stressful waters of life.

Whenever I'm in a situation like this (and it happens quite often), no matter how wrong I was or how retarded the argument is I stick to my guns, at least for a couple days. I was right, she was wrong. Go NC and let her wonder for a couple days. When she initiates (which she will if she cares even a little bit), say you still think you're right but the fighting is stupid. Run around in circles a couple times until you both realize the argument was retarded to begin with, apologize, get lovey dovey, then go have some great makeup sex.

^ This is usually how most of my relationships went when I was younger.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
