Note, this is not new, but something happened yesterday that I just shook my head.

We were at the track, group of us, me my girl, my son, about 3 friends, and 2 of their BF's.

One of the girls in the group..let's just say, she is uniquely well endowed. HUGE tits. I'm talking damn near DD status and she is no bigger than 130.

She is actually pretty cute even though I'm not a tit guy.. I find them a turnoff to be honest, that big. But she's still cute.

Anyway, mind you, it's about..2pm in the day time, not a night club. 2 guys ****ing howling at her like a damn dog. Then like, 30 minutes later, some guy came up to her and literary asked could he take a picture with her tits. Some guy tried to talk to her (she was the only one alone) and was literary starring directly at her tits. I kinda felt bad for the poor girl. she wasn't dressed like a skank or antyhing, she's just big ass titties lol. You could see it was getting to her too. I mean, it's better to be noticed than unoticed, but i mean damn.

It's my theory, that guys coming, placing like here, other sites, spending all their time on the web, social networks, jacking off, misc forums around the net (you guys know what i'm talking about).. guys social skill has dropped drastically. You should be able tot alk to a woman for 2 minuets without coming off as a creep.

guys don't know how to socialize with women anymore. it's like the guys were looking at her like she was a picture on a forum or something.

The internet definitely has played its part but I believe that the fall of man is intimately linked to the development of a culture fueled by isolated instant gratification (television, web, forums, video games, social networks etc).

Folks just don't want to put effort into anything anymore because most don't understand what it's like to hustle, sweat and bleed just to survive. As much as our youth likes to complain, honestly they have it too good - to the point where it has stunted their development. Most of these dudes would be dead without industrialized society. Nature would have killed their weak genes off before they had the opportunity to gawk stupidly at a pair of knockers.

Our comfort zones have made us lose touch with the very essence of our masculinity, which is RISK. The propagation of our seed and legacy was always directly linked to our willingness to stare unflinchingly at fear and still do what we wanted, despite the very real possibility that we could fail or even die in the process.

I mean think about it - what conflicts and troubles do today's boys face? Interestingly enough they are mostly social problems and the types of issues women have been dealing with for centuries from the comforts of their homes while the men were out rubbing shoulders with death to put food on the table. Is it any wonder that so many male b*tchlings run amok nowadays?

Indeed, today's generation understands little of risk, being raised in a world of programs where you can conveniently dump someone via SMS, or just hit "Undo" when you make a mistake. It's ironic - with so much connectivity we've forgotten how to relate to each other, because (again) there is too much perceived effort (getting dressed up, heading to the spot, talking to a bunch of duds to meet just one decent prospect, etc).

It's just so much easier to hit the gratification button by turning on a machine or any other device which serves to distract or placate us. Technology in a sense has become a collective siren song for mankind, luring many a devout captain off course with empty promises of being happy "right now". without a mention of the inevitable misery of accomplishing nothing and being alone later on.

My prediction?

We won't see the full-on return of manhood until sh*t really hits the fan. We are talking armageddon type wake-up call where folks are far more concerned about how to survive and be free than who will win American Idol, or which iPhone app to buy.

Personally I am glad to have grown up in an era where there was still some shred of masculinity. We didn't have no Facebooks, Twitters or any of that crap. If you liked a girl you had to get up close and personal to drop game. And for the most part it was good game because you were used to socializing and had a world of real-life experiences to draw from.

Nowadays the anecdote is quickly becoming a lost art. It's one thing to say "Today I built a house with my bare hands" and another entirely to say "check out this new Sims house I built"

This is why I laugh at people who try to blame feminism on the deterioration of manhood. We've done a bang-up job of forgetting who/what we are all by ourselves.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
LOL...the Internet makes us stupid.

We're in a time right now where people have been objectified more than ever before. If you have a penis, you're a "man", and you're expected to behave in certain ways. If you have a vagina, you're a "woman", and you're expected to behave in certain ways. "Relationships" work like this, "dating" works like that, etc, etc...

We process everything via a series of preset labels and protocols. People cease to become individuals and instead are treated like interchangeable parts. It simplifies everything and allows it to be managed.

I still believe that a person wants to be a PERSON, meaning something unique. Maybe the whole thought of "how to talk to women" is wrong in the first place, because it assumes that "all women are the same", which is a self-defeating philosophy.

Maybe the focus should be, "how do I talk to THIS girl". Which, since every girl is different, there's no "formula" that can be used on her end.

And if there's no formula for "women" as a whole, if you have to view each interaction as a unique instance instead of as a rote routine, then it's all about what YOU bring.

Don't try to figure out "how to talk to women". Instead, work on "how YOU talk". Put the emphasis back on yourself.

I imagine that if you do THAT, you're probably already ahead of 99% of the rubes out there, who can't see past the simplicity of women = sex = do this.

Dunno...talking out my ass. I had a thought, but it's immature and I'm trying to hash it out.

^^ Gold.
It terrifies me to think that I am going to hand contol of the decision making process over to a bunch of t-shirt wearing, Gen Y punks who live on money they haven't made yet, and believe that problems can be solved by the click of a mouse.

LOL old man rant. What the hell did previous generations struggle for? A harder life for their children? The problem is, this generation isn't standing on the shoulders of giants in other areas that count. In science and technology we are moving forward, in society, politics and government we are going backwards. I predict that right about the time we find a truely habitable planet, ours will devolve into a new dark age (or biblical armageddon).

Channel your excited feelings into positive thoughts and behaviors. You will attract women by being enthusiastic, radiating energy, and becoming someone who is fun to be around.

BB, what you're experiencing is the predictable outcome of an over reliance on Buffers

Of course these kids have no ability to approach, interact, develop rapport or make real connections (as opposed to 'virtual connections'), they've spent most of their formative years learning how to best insulate themselves from rejection with technologies. I've always held that texts, email, IM, social networks, etc. are no substitute for learning real interaction even if the experience teaches harshly. It's ironic that we should live in an era of communication and access to information unparalleled by any in history and all we do is use it to isolate ourselves.

Smartphones are especially guilty of this. Men and women alike can be out in a social venue, yet all focused on their own SMS while ignoring everyone else. One of my friends who is absolutely nuts about his smartphone is clearly hamstrung when it comes to approaching and talking to women he doesn't know; he relies 110% on internet game which results in much crappier quality women. When he actually manages an approach, he usually ends up talking about smartphones.

I believe texting has its place when its supplemental to your game, not a crutch for it. I, and others, have successfully used texting in a pinch to meet up with others while out on the town. Otherwise during the course of a social outing, the phone is off.

Personally I say let the horde of anti social guys continue to widen the gap by isolating themselves. It gives guys who can actually hold a conversation that much less competition.

The internet, in its intended use, doesn't have the ability to ruin anything. It's man's application towards this medium that has ruined social interaction, not only towards a female but also between males themselves. It's a problem as a whole.

With each step taken to make interactions "easier", what it has done is to actually make it "harder".

All it does is give me an advantage over many other males that fail to repeatedly understand that nothing beats going out and trying to interact with new people.

What's the point of using online dating if at some point you have to interact face to face with the person you intend on courting?

Sure, rejection stings, but how are we supposed to learn and improve if we are hiding from making mistakes in the first place? In the end, he who lives free of a world connected directly to his phone/computer is the man that can live freely... regardless of whether women are involved are not.

While your original story is entertaining and the various comments about the impact of the Internet have some insight, I don't believe that the 1st has anything to do with the 2nd. If anything, it's the opposite.

Men have been drooling over well built girls since long before Al Gore invented the Internet. It's not like these guys went up to her and said "can I have your IM or email addy" and then sent her lewd texts. No, they acted like fools the old fashioned way - close up and in person.

I know myself well enough to be sure that in my youth I stared at a set or three of big tits. I must admit that at age 57 I go out to dance weekly. Many of the women there are young, hot, show plenty of skin, and I still find myself staring.

Yes, young men (and old) would do better with big titted women if they didn't drool and stare. Perhaps we should set up a website with pix of big titted women. It would be designed to desensitize men to the image of giant tits, so that guys can deal more appropriately when encountering the real thing. Yeah, that'll work!

Bottom line, hormones, more than the Internet, drive us to behave like fools. But i'm not ready to get rid of either.

Did any of these guys actually try to get a number or anything or did they all just ogle her boobs?

No disrespect to your friend, but girls like this often end up becoming a little slvt-ified, just because they are always getting so much blatantly sexual attention from men.

I think it has messed with women too. women didn't go around secreaming "creep" just becuase a guy had the galls to look at them. Don't get it twisted, there are creeps, but the definition of a creep now, is different than what it was 10 years ago is what i am saying. You had to be pretty out there when i was 17-18 to be a creep. Now, any guy who goes around looking for women to talk to is seen as "creepy".It has effected women just as much as man, just in a difference sense.

Creep/creepy/creeper are shaming tools used by girls to deter unattractive betas from approaching.
A suave DJ with tight game will never get outed as a creep.
Meh, I don't think they're shaming tools, I think the guys are actually creepy. You're right, a suave DJ with tight game will not be perceived as a creep. But there are a ton of guys out there fumbling around in the dark only half knowing what they're doing. It's obvious that they're horny and not very socially well adjusted. So they come off as creepy. I've been noticing this a lot lately.

An attractive guy hitting on a girl = DJ.
An unattractive guy hitting on a girl = creep.

When I was around 28 I had a true 9 girlfriend. Polish, blond, small ass, which I liked at the time. She had huge boobs (but pefectly proportioned), and she would always bemoan the fact that men always stared at them. Lucky me, I got to play with them for a year!

On another front, back in the day, a man could make overt comments about a woman's appearance and she actually appreciated it. You could mention something about her physically and that actually would create interest and attraction.

Nowadays they dress like wh0res but heaven forbid you mention something about their bodies. All these formulas, techniques, protocols and nuances we have to be aware of and use today are utter insanity, but necessary in this sickly contrived society.

+1 rep, Razor Sharp. You are dead-on correct, although not sure I completely agree with your statement about feminism. But that's a huge discussion for another day.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

LOL, last night after a semi rant I closed with "Now you kids get off my lawn", but I deleted it.

I'm sensing a slight change in the air around here where the older guys' thoughts are being taken into consideration by more of the younger guys. That's good to see as too often, wisdom from more mature men is rejected out-of-hand because it is perceived to be out of step with modern times.

Really the internet should have helped men with all the info out there and sites like this. On the downside, women have a chance to see the playbook. Just like we do with them. Just like that crap book, "The Rules" if you are familiar with it, you can spot her crap early on.

The net has made people lazy in dating and I am guilty of it too. I miss the in person game and will return when I get it together because the net has played out as far as dating is concerned. Sure, you can still meet people online, but it is only a snapshot of the person behind the smoke and mirrors.
