I am 6'4 and about 200 lbs about 23% Body Fat Percentage, Whats Better For My Cutt looks As Aposed To Strength, Right Now I Do 8 Reps Of 150 Pounds On The Bench, But I Cant Do Alot, Should I lower The Weight And Do More Reps To Look More Cut And Burn More Fat?...... Thanks

Changing your diet is the way to get "cut". Stop eating massive amounts of sugar,and stop eating any type of carbs unless it's dietary fiber within 5-7 hours of going to bed. It's takes time,but it works.

the reason to lift weights is to build muscle, not burn fat. more than 8 reps is not ideal for building muscle, and it can't really help you burn any more fat. gonna have to get rid of fat with diet, cardio, etc.
