Never been one to keep up on a journal, figured I would give it a shot.
My current supps are:
Mega Men Sport multi vitamin.
NO-Xplode
ON vanilla whey protien
Lipo-6 Black
I was up to 370 lbs (seriously) when I was living in Chicago (Giant burritos and BK were easily accessible and cheap) , always been a naturally large dude (6'5 barrel chested gorilla man 15EEEE shoes) but that was just out of control. I have already cut back down to 300 (298) as of yesterday.
I have started boxing again, my workout is not exactly structured, neither is my diet. I make sure to focus in the gym, I am the first one in and make sure I am the last one out.
Usually 2 rounds of skipping rope, 3 rounds on speed bag, 4 on the heavy bag and 3 on the double end bag. Plus any sparring I can get when I can get it. I am currently coaching a couple people, so I work with them on hand pads and move around the ring tons.
I have been testing intermittent fasting, going for a 19/5 eating pattern, but I find myself often not being very hungry (yesterday I ate after 28 hours of fasting) The point is to load up in that 5 hours
I am mostly vegetarian right now, my staple is sweet potatoes, occasionally chicken breasts or tuna and lots of fibrous raw veggies. Problem is I am definitely not hitting 2k calories everyday, and I honestly probably need more than that to remain healthy.
I am looking to get a membership to a 24/7 gym, so I can lift at night (I am a nocturnal critter) but I worry about over training. I still have tons of energy after my workouts and my recovery has been great. Even with the strange eating pattern I am burning fat and maintaining if not gaining muscle.
