yup, i'm stupid for not going to the doctor like 2 months ago when i woke up the next day after a club. What happen was that i dance like a maniac, some girls even call me a psycopathic dancer when i go to clubs, they all love it and it helps with my game too. Anyway i picked up alot of girls that night, and from what i remember i think i fell while holding one with my left arm, while my right hand caught the floor. No way to hear a snap or anything but i felt slight pain. I was drunk so whats pain? I kept making a fist because i kept feeling this pain hoping it would go away. LoL, so i wake up in the morning and it hurts like hell but no swelling or anything discolored i'm like whatever i'll stay off it for a week should heal... Week passes by i can't even pick things up with my right without it hurting. Like wow,..... 2 months later i still can't workout, my arms got smaller, I'm going to the doctor finally like on monday or tuesday.

I hope they cast it so it can heal properly cause i dont think i give it proper healing time without using it. The 1st month it would hurt to even use the mouse on the computer after awhile... This has really pissed me off, i never broke a bone in my body ever and to break it while dancing is just funny and stupid. I'm losing all my gains from working out ~ 2 years Argh....

So has anyone ever had a busted wrist, what should i expect at the doctor or what to expect at all?

You can still use the machines at the gym. Get someone to help you out and put the weight on your forearms. A towel or pad will help spread the weight. Leave the wrist alone!

Drink lots of milk and take vitamins. Should help the healing process.

Then now is a good time to get a gym membership for a couple of months.

You need machines for this. You can also use rubber bands, make sure they have nice large handles.
