Today I've read several articles on HPD, and I must say I am shocked. I am shocked that such a dumbass like the "discoverer" of the HPD ever existed.

It seems to me that it must have been some nerdy doctor who envied those outgoing and socially successful people, so he called their personality type a "disorder". And you are "healthy" only if you are completely charmless. It's almost like if someone would pick some temperament type (say choleric) and said you've a personality disorder if you have this temperament type. Actually, this "HDP" IS one of personality types in the new typology ( http://www.9types.com ).

I really don't get how can people be so dumb and believe such a bull****.

It's because they want us to be numbers, not people.

We are nothing more than a battery waiting to deplete its remaining life.

They want us all to be the exact same.

Bull**** in my opinion.

Its because they want you to spend thousands on psychiatric treatment to make you "normal". Been happening for thousands of years.

Technically we ALL have disorders of some kind.

Are you talking about histrionic? Apparently you've never met someone with the disorder. There's a difference between being a charmer and being an attention ***** who will do anything to get attention, as if they were a coke addict looking for their next fix. You can be charming and the center of attention, and not be histrionic.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.
