Guys with ponytail hair

From what I've seen, girls dig long hair on guys. Like, ponytail long.

I don't care if chicks do, whatever turns them on. I'm not going to sacrifice my masculinity to get the chicks, though. Long hair is - and has been for a very long time - a feminine thing.

Now, if it was the feminist girls who digged the long hair, that would sort of make sense. But it's mainly the girly girls who go gaga over it.

Anyway, why do girls like the hair? Is it because they think the "badboys" have long hair? I'm not overanalyzing, just curious.

Wait about 3 more years (once you get into college) and re-evaluate what you've said. I've not once seen a guy who has his hair in a ponytail slinging girls.

Personally, I enjoy having my hair long and I don't think it's a feminine thing at all. Also, what's with this talk about women being attracted to physical features?

it depends on your complexion, for many guys long hair works good. i'm talkin about medium-long, not pony tail, which i think fit just a handful of lucky guys

when i had short hair, i didn't score at all, with long hair i had lots of girls askin' me for my number. my 16-yr-old brother had always been unsuccessful with girls, until he let his hair grow out (he saw that for me and a friend of mine it had worked). now he's dating one of the most popular and beautiful girls in his school (who dumped his 22-yr-old boyfriend for him) and almost every girl in his school begging him to date her... plus i just found out he made out with the prettiest girl in his class...
he also became less AFC, while letting his hair grow out (don't ask me why, but it also happened to me and to lots of my friends who did so)
it's strange how just the length of your hair can affect your looks therefore your game, when you are in high school

Long hair is a symbol of virility. Like, if you can have long, luxurious hair, you're communicating that you have good healthy genes and stuff like that.

Yea i would have to agree with you on that one D. I haven't really seen it myself although I will say that some girls like guys who hair is longer than theirs..

I've heard girls like guys who are well-groomed and stuff. It depends on what kind of girl you are going for I guess. Hippies and stuff would want a long-haired guy. It's the caste system and personal preference.

I a lot of what you ppl are saying is bull ****. Here, in the Bronx (NYC) long hair is in style. The hardest OGs (ganstahs) around got pony tails and usually do braids. A lot of Spanish ni99as in the hood do this **** and **** all the top *****es. All this hippy **** is garbage, long hair isn't feminine. Some of the worst mutherfukers ever had long hair. I'm letting my hair grow right now. But im about to get it curly (perm, but not the tacky kind) so I can get a blow out until it grows. And yes, girls like well cut dudes, being hairy and bummy isn't manly. I used to get my hair cut every 2 weeks. In fact, the toughest ni99as in the hood get the most hair cuts. Even if they aren't pretty boys.

well thats the Bronx. Any guy here, where i live (in CHico, CA) a guy with long hair would be considered a fag and would be beaten. In my hometown (Irvine, in Orange Coutny, CA), a guy with long hair would be considered a fag but wouldn;t be beaten for it because OC isn't a hick town.

Plus, there aint no such thing as a "gangsta" in California

What are you talking about??? I've had my hair long for many years and have gotten hot playboy material women over and over. Almost every longhaired guy I see, is always with a hot chick.

Many girls, especially girly girls like you've said, find long hair attractive and sexy on a guy. Women tell me all the time, they find long hair sexy. I personally think long hair gives men more character and has a lot of sex appeal. A lot of women say it. Look at every romance novel. What kind of hair does the man in most romance novels have? He has long hair! In almost all romace novels that women read, the man has long hair. That is a fact.

i don't know man, i'm not that keen on romance novels, but i think that when they say long hair, they are talking about quite long curly hair (prince charming-like), not more than shoulder-length. i can't even imagine a prince riding his wonderful white horse, wearing a ponytail
