Yo

I threw a mad party last night for st.patties day here. Mabye 50 people, house party, beer, whatever you know the deal.

Anyways, some guy stole my ipod. I know who it is, I know where he lives, I'm not friends with him, how to proceed?

As I see it there's three options:

1) Violence. Take a baseball bat and crack his knees when he comes outside his house, then get it back. That or fight him, I'm bigger, faster, stronger, and a better fighter than him so it wouldn't be hard. I'm not trying to be noble and fair here though, I just want my piece back and I don't tolerate theft.

2) Warning. Go to his house or call him, tell him if he doesn't give my piece back, i'll break his knees with a bat. I could tell him I'll call the cops but I've had experience with this before...cops dont care and dont try, atleast not around here. His parents are tards, they would have done the same thing in his place(steal), so they are useless. I don't know how else to warn him, but through physical pain. The problem with warning people is, they can pretend they dont have it, and be douchebags and bring the cops in saying i threatened him.

3) Ask. I could go to his house and ask for it back. But usually if you give them space, they pretend they don't have it, from my experience. I suppose I could start here and work up the list. I don't feel like being nice and civil after having **** stolen from my house at a party though.

personally im inclined to fvck him up, then just go get it. On the other hand, I just had it stolen like 12 hours ago and I'm still pretty pissed. Either way, I'm not going to the gym on monday without my ipod.

How would you go about getting it back?

Ask him for it back. If he doesn't comply, then you get violent.

eat a few raw eggs, beans, cootage cheese, milk, whatever really messes up your stomach. then hold in your poop for a week.

once it coems out itll fukn explode. so what you do is poo in a bucket, add water to keep it moist. Then add concrete and more water and mix it up, but make sure you can still se chunks of poo so its obviously a sh!t stew. stalk him for 3 years, find out when he's home alone, what color his pyjamas are, his favourite brand of moisturizer, and what he eats for dinner every 2nd saturday.

a week after that when you know hes home alone, put the block of poo in your trunk, drive to his house, knock on the door... and when he answers, punch him in the face, steal his junk mail and run away.

Eye for an eye thats what I always say!

WTF... Troll... or were u trying to be funny? cuz that was so stupid I would have beaten the sh*t out of you just for saying that.

Quick... make sure it's him that stole your IPOD and just go up to him and get it back. Ask once say "I KNOW YOU TOOK IT AND I JUST WANT IT BACK, GIVE IT TO ME NOW AND THERE WON'T BE ANY TROUBLE" if he gives it back good just leave it that but, if he doesn't... kick his ass until he gives it back.

My friend got his Ipod stolen and he knew that this guy stole it, he went to the teachers/principles they didn't do sh*t, he approached him and asked but that didn't do anything, the guy basically lied and said it wasn't him. The guy who stole it had the IPOD in his backpack and said to him "What are YOU going to DO about it?" my friend was a p*ssy and didn't do sh8t. The next day the dude SOLD THE IPOD. So do it ASAP and get it back. If he goes to the cops you can say he mugged you and it was self-defence.

Breaking someone's legs, even to get something back, is an easy ticket to assrape town. Just threatening to break his legs is considered assault.

Since you don't seem to be afraid of going to jail, break into his house and steal it back. If you don't find it, then confront him. If you do, steal something valuable of his. At least with breaking into his house there is a chance of not getting caught.

Aight its over

I went around to his house today and knocked on his door. he came to the door and I just told him pretty straight up "Listen man, I know you have my ipod. Go get it now and I won't bring the cops into this, there's two people who saw you take it."

He pulled it out of his back pocket and handed it to me without any words. I said Thanks and left.

I had some knuckledusters in my pocket if he didn't feel like handing it over, but it was cool didnt need to get angry even.

Glad its over. If I went tomorrow, he prolly would have sold it off by then.

I suppose the lesson here is that if you're direct, confident, and in a no-b.s. mindframe, people respect that. Took alot of energy not to crack him in the jaw when he opened the door...I don't really like thieves...

But yeah, its all good now, he knows his place.

peace

Hey good job with just being direct. I had a point to make earlier, but figured I would say it once you got it back.

Now, I may be wrong, but people don't steal stuff like iPods - and like you said, try and sell them - for no reason. Although he definitely did something wrong, it makes you wonder where the guy is coming from.

Maybe he does drugs. Maybe one of his family members is dying from cancer. Maybe he really needs the money bad for some reason.

That's why I said ask nicely because you never know what situation the other guy might be in, who he knows, and what else could happen from something very small like a stolen iPod. If he does drugs, he may know some harsh people.

Either way, glad you got it back. If it was me though, I would have asked why he took it and why he needs the money. He may be afraid of you now, but he could also become a good friend.

We have a 4 million dollar house, when i throw a party some people are bound to get jealous...its just how it is. And if you're gettin drunk and see an ipod sittin on the table in some rich guys house...who knows...

And yeah, some of my friends brought randoms who were stoners...I guess acouple have itchy fingers..

A bottle of cologne got stolen as well, probabl the same guy, but I dont care enough.

Yeah i dunno. Random stoner guys in some rich kids house with ipods lying around makes for a bad situation. I'm a dumbass for leaving it out, I suppose I learnt that lesson as well.

They were cool guys, but you know how it is..If you aren't tight wit them, then there aint no respect there. And about him bringin other thugs...Well I got a perfectly good baseball bat waitin for action. Whatever it aint like that, he knows he got made, that there earned his respect. He wont do ****.

THanks for askin tho, its nice to have it back..thos lil *****es aren't cheap eh

Yeah, that's true. People definitely mess up stuff when under the influence.

You got some kick-ass parents though, letting you throw parties in your house! I got a similar house, but there's no way I can throw parties like that, unless my parents are gone on vacation. Even then, like you said, I'm afraid people will break or steal stuff.
