I'm 5' 9".

I want to be at least 6 ft. I just turned 16 a month ago. I haven't been getting much sleep due to school and all, but now I get about 9 hours a day. Is there anything you can incorporate into your lifestyle to grow taller? Like drink milk --> more calcium --> stronger bones --> etc.

I don't know. Maybe nothing can be done. Please offer suggestions and thanks as always.

Start playing basketball on regular basis. That should get you an inch higher after a year or so of daily practice. I've seen a lot of people playing basketball and they haven't grown at all. The thing is, most white folks don't jump at all when they shoot the ball. They just freeze and shoot the ball from there. Try jumping and all that cool stuff. You still have some growing to do so if you start playing bball now you should be able to grow at least an inch by the time you turn 20 which is about the age you stop growing in height.

I don't know about tennis but swimming will definitely get you a little taller and you will get slim by doing it on regular basis so long as you don't overeat. Just look at the professional athletes that compete in the sport that interests you. If they're taller than average then there's something about the sport that makes you grow taller. Basketball and swimming are just a couple of the most popular.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Losing weight does not make you taller. You can appear taller, but you won't be. I'm pretty sure height just has to do with genetics. Playing a sport typically won't make you taller. The people playing in the NBA were tall when they started and wouldn't have made the cut if they weren't as tall and good at basketball as they were. And there are some shorter people in the NBA. I just really don't believe that anything about a sport would make a person taller.

Jumping will allow you to jump higher because of the muscles involved and this and that, but I don't see reason for it to make you taller. Just get rest, eat right, and hope for the best. Give your body the energy it needs and it'll get you to your potential.

Agreed.

I hear that hard core bodybuilding may affect your height growth negatively. (Slowing it that is.)
