Growing pains in face?

For a while ive been feeling pains around my cheekbone / jaw area.........
Is ther such a thing as growing pains in the face? Like my cheekbone growing out more or something?
By the way i just turned 18.

I've never heard of this before, but it would be sweet if your face shaped at the end of puberty.

i've turned 18 fairly recently as well; hope it happens to me

also, apparently baby fat starts to come off your face when you reach adulthood. what age do you think this happens at?

Dude - you'd be lucky if your shrink would be able to identify it properly. Why the fukk do you expect a diagnosis over the net?

If not, what are the symptioms? Are the pains general? Can you identify enlarged spots on your face? Is there a pattern of when they are occuring?

its hard to tell
i think they just come at random times. currently it looks like my right cheek bone definately bigger than the left.. which looks a bit unsymetrical. ... it wasnt like this ... say last summer.
