Sometimes after workouts i have noticed that the very lowest part of my abs (pretty much around and above my d*ck) has a sudden surge of pain going through it when i try to stretch my abs(ie lean backwards). It is extremely uncomfortable and i cant figure out an explanation for it. Have you guys experienced anything similar?

hard to say for sure but sounds like a cramp. try moving more slowly and gently when you hyperextend your back (maybe try it laying on your stomach, so that gravity slows you down, rather than standing up & bending backwards).

Check to see if you have a small lump developing. I had the same type of pain and it ended up being a hernia.

ouch, yeah, didn't even occur to me. that's definitely a doctor's diagnosis, ultimately, and if you even suspect it, don't wait, and surely don't put any stress on it until you can see a doc.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.
