grey hair @ 18!

i'm 18 and i can see grey hair.. sort of alot! they are gradually increasing according to my family's opinion.

what can i do to stop this? i dont wanna be half grey haired at 25!

Grey hair at 18 huh? That's pretty ****ed up(No offence). Are you under alot of stress? If not it must just be genetics. Like balding I don't think there is much you can do to turn the tide or keep the grayness at bay. If it starts getting too bad just dye your hair! Fairly simple solution.

when i was 12 i had a friend who was 12 too and he had gray hair....now thats ****ed up

This kind of things are pretty genetics-related, any family members ahving the same problems in their early days?

I have grey hair since I was 14, but fortunately for me, there are always just a couple of strands. My father was in the same case when he was young.

So if no family history of going all grey at young age, you don't really need to worry about it, I think...

Are you asain? A lot of asian people I know have grey hairs, but as far as I can tell it doesnt spread, its just those hairs.

I had a room mate that was 21 and that had the typical male patern baldness. Hair on the sides and back, but none on the top.

Like what was said above. Hair dye...

I mom knew a girl when she was in school who just had white hair. She wasn't an albino or anything, but just had white hair.
She didn't bleach it or anything. Maybe you can make yourself have white hair. Think of it as a style thing.

Some people start having white hair when they are younger too.
