Is there any reason why you can't digest the green tea raw, straight from the tea bag?

Dude you'r an animal just like me.
This is my version of a sandwidch.
Eat a couple of slices of bread, stuff some salad into mouth, eat a spoon of peanut butter. crack raw eggs into my mouth, eat tuna then cheese.

BTW thanks for the tips on oatmeal and broccoli.

Tip on eating enough vegies: Cook a big variaty of vegies(pees are a must), put in blender, add tomato sauce/juice and chilli powder(optional),put in small containers to bring to work/school, enjoy.

I don't see why you couldn't, but isn't that stuff sort of like sawdust in the bag? Looks relatively shredded and crap to me. But hey, whatever floats your boat man.

I have waiting to heat up the wait, wait for the tea to brew, then wait for it to cool. I just wanna dump it into some cold water and chug it down.

Eggs digest better cooked. Google it up. Boiled is the best, no added greace from frying of scrambling. I like to cook 5-9 boiled eggs in the morning, then eat em through out the day.

while on the topic of grean tea i have a question: Ive yet to be able to find the green tea capsule form. IVe checked local nutrition stores, with no luck. Is the bottle itself actually labeled, green tea capsules?? or does it have a different name...

Nearly all chemists/pharmacists should have them...if they dont, where ya livin man...some remote part of africa? They will say "green tea" in big letters on the front and if the USA is similar to where i live, then theyll be in nice GREEN plastic containers too

EDIT: sorry about the contradiction dudes :p

Ok, I just tried it. I dumped out all the green tea from the bag into a glass of cold water, and drank it.

It wasn't bad at all. It still tasted like green tea. It went down easily. The only problem was that it settles fast in water, so you gotta re-stir it every time you take a swig.

This is probably cheaper than taking the green tea capsules. Also more benifits since its less processed this way. Usually, the more processed a food it, the more of the original nutrients are lost.

This might be better than drinking brewed green tea. Some of the nutrients may be lost in the heating processed.

Anyone got any info denying or confirming these?
