Yes, I think this video is helpful for almost all forum participants. I can say I've had periods of time where I operated from a scarcity mindset. It's not good. Being a swipe & text monkey who will sexually scavenge on Tinder/Bumble/Hinge is not good. Getting social circle setups is good but most men don't have a viable social circle. If you get good at approach, you don't need a social circle. The most difficult thing about approach is the rejection. A.G. Hayden talks about 65 of 70 women rejecting. If you can power through the 65 rejections and get 5 phone numbers, that's good. However, a lot of men will have their fragile egos bruised by the rejections and not be able to power through.

When you see an attractive woman checking you out: do you start thinking about what it would be like date her, have her as your girlfriend, introducing her to your friends and parents?

You think you have to lock her down right way because this is your only chance to find a girlfriend. If you screw this one up, you'll have to wait another "X" number of years. You have these thoughts despite the fact you have never had a conversation with her and don't know anything about her personally.

You think life is always going to be the same pattern. "Gee, I have not met a woman I've connected with in two years. I better not screw this one opportunity up since it will then be another two years until I find a connection.

Do you feel envious, angry and bitter when you see other men with attractive women?

I will admit, I am guilty of all of these, and I am sure most of you on here are guilty as well.

Scarcity mind-set just makes you nervous and desperate around females you find attractive. You will fail due to having a scarcity mind-set and the vicious cycle just continues.

It's all in our head however and we have to re-program our brain to have an abundance mind-set.
