I want to workout at home, don't have a gym membership right now, but I want to get lean. I know diet is a big part of getting lean. And I am only eating lean meats right now such as fish,chicken and bison.
Since I am rehabbing my ulnar nerve I was wondering if anyone has or knows any videos on workouts for the legs, glutes and back and abs? Stuff I can do from home no equipment? Calisthenics maybe?
