Tuna is a great way of getting protein, but mayo really makes it full of fat- calories. It's disgusting dry, so I have found good, quick ways of making it more bearable and moist (and actually quite tasty in the first two cases), whilst keeping the calories down and the protein up, for any of those post-workout meals (if this is part of your routine) :

- mix in some pesto, consume
- grate some cheese into with it (not too much because it has considerable fat), melt in microwave.
- use soya milk instead of mayonaisse. It does the job.

Of course, vegetables, herbs will make it more bearable in all these cases. You can put pesto and cheese in together, melting the cheese too.

Chipotle tabasco sauce.

Or, find a Chipotle restaraunt, and get some of the salsa's. They've got some that vary in spice.

Try 'Miracle Whip Light Mayo'. It's made by Kraft and has 37 cals per tbsp (3g fat, 2 carbs, 1g sugar). I've found you only need 1 tbsp per can of tuna, along with some pickle relish, diced apples & celery, and sliced egg whites.
