Hi bros .
Now i dont have time for gym but im gonna start with push-ups from monday .
I think about 10-15 reps in the begining two or three times a day . After 2-3 weeks ill do more and more and more

I hope im gonna get some results soon

Im kinda noob about fitness so any help would be appreciated
