Starting in Feb. Im hitting the gym 5 days a week. Its time for me to slim down and loose weight!
tell me what you think of my plan, and what i should change before the time comes.
Monday: Bench Press 3x5, Leg Press 3x5, Deadlift 3x5, Bench Dips 2x8
Tuesday : Cardio session on stationary bike, 12 secs steady, 8 seconds as hard as possible, repeat for 15 minutes.
Wednesday: Leg Press 3x5, Shoulder Press( Dumbbells) 3x5, Bent Over Row 3x5
Thursday: Bench Press 3x5, Leg Press 3x5, Deadlift 3x5, Bench Dips 2x8
Friday: Cardio session on stationary bike, 12 secs steady, 8 seconds as hard as possible, repeat for 15 minutes.

One multivitamin daily.
