Going from friend, to falling for you

So there's this girl who I have so much fun hanging out with, and we've hooked up and we get a long really well, but now she is falling for me (she said so) and I don't want a girlfriend because I just came out of an LTR(4 years), and she knows this so she said she thinks we should stop dating and stuff (hooking up/going out alone), so now its hard to hang out with her as much. But I enjoy her company so much (great flirt), what can I do?

Sounds to me like she's doing a good old take away on you. It works on guys just as well.

The plan here is she knows you were enjoying her company and the physical stuff, so she'll stop it, and wait for you to give her what she wants to get it back.

Whoever cares the least wins.
