the story: we will call him rico. as in rico suave! he is latino, tall and sexy as hell! he is one of my girlfriend's associate-friends. so he is not new in my life, i was just "busy" these past few months. i have always thought he was sexy. very very sexy. he is quiet and skinny and witty. he reminds me personality wise very much of james dean. the whole lanky, fcuk you then attitude.

i know he has always been interested in me, but he is too DJ to be AFC about it. so since i was not paying him any mind, he was not jumping through any hoops. sigh, he is so sexy. now i have begun to pay him just the slightest bit more attention, and things are heating up nicely, as in an unsure simmer. and this is what i want to play on.

i could really use a nice, safe, fun, exciting crush right now, and he is perfect! actually the situation is perfect. there are just enough challenges to keep it from moving too fast, and more than enough incentive (sexxxxy) to keep me going.

here are the challenges:
1. this mutual desire is unspoken and we both like having the power of not admitting anything just yet. good challenge.
2. we are only around each other when our mutual friends bring us together. (there is kind of a no spoken rule against consorting with each other in this group that i think should not be broken lightly) good/yet frustrating challenge
3. think that one of our friends (a very hot latina) has just recently gotten the same idea about rico. (that he should be taken advantage of). this one is only a challenge in that i am not trying to hurt or offend anyone. (meeeow!) bad challenge.

soooo, that is the situation. now i would love any perspective and tips. from a guys POV. i am naturally creative and charming, so i am looking for creativity here. things that would hook YOU, getting around said challenges.

I have a question. As a woman, how far would yo go to get what you want. Like if you knew persuasion techniques and stuff like that, would you use it all, or would you write it off as oneitis and leave it alone.

I'm stuck in my own situation. This girl I had high hopes for, sent me an email, responding to my request to go out with me, that she was going on a date that day. So I've been thinking about all the differnt persuasion techniques I know that I could use to destroy this other guy, if he even exists, in her mind of course

But have stopped myself because it would seem like going too far.

If you knew some of this stuff, would you hesitate to use it?

What this SHOULD say, in a "non ******** version"

History: AW'ing girl dumped because I went psycho over some DJ

main objective: to find a f buddy that I will eventually have feeling for, get oneitis over, and repeat cycle

site objective: To AW on a web site because I can't do it much in real life

strengths: I have a vagina, which guarantees me at least some attention.

update

i think that this post is going to be insightful (and not in my favor necessarily).

as you may recall, the thing i liked about this challenge was how it was on simmer, due to the fact that we are members of a circle of "friends", and what not. and simmer nicely it has! it has been a good month, and just now do i have advanced developments.

at first it was hot/cold between us. on my part i confess to you all in secret that this was purposely done on my part, and i wager it is purposeful on this part too. one minute we are flirting, the next ignoring. but it is obvious the mutual attraction.

to sum it up on how it stands, i finally got him alone. the whole situation came into being on his part, and the circumstances alone tell me he wants the iqq. but it became painfully obvious as he was in my presence that he is scared! unsure. he thinks that i am just fcuking with him, i am out of his league. it was endearing, this night with him, because the tough guy charade fell down (with some well placed neghits on my part) and he was just a little boy afraid to make a move.

-iqqi fact- i am impatient. i pretend like i am not, and i hide it well, but between me and you thousands of sosuavers, i am impatient!

so i am impatient. and frustrated. and i am wondering, is he going to know to make a friggin move!? but i don't want to be the one to initiate things here, atleast in the obvious sense. i really want it to be him.

so last night we all went out to the club. at first it was friendly, slightly flirty like usual, but being impatient, i began teasing him. (and he had been, um, drinking.) whenever he said something flirty i would tell him he was just a scared little boy, and that he wouldn't know what to do. at first he protested, it was cute really.
it was obvious he is not sure what i am really doing here. but then his ****iness and the drinking got the best of him, and i was given a direct invitation to find out exactly what he knows how to do, let us go to his house right now and see! and some nice touching as we danced. as well as obvious attempts to make me jealous with another chic.

so basically we have advanced to the next stage, which is we both know we want each other on some level. now is the part where we battle it out on whose terms it shall continue.
