hi im 17 and i was making really good rapport with this 21 year old girl on the tube whilst i was on my way to notting hill carnival. however i failed to get her number because her stop was there just as i asked.

she did tell me where she works and everything and gave me that flirty "maybe i'll see you again" comment.

she works in ann summers.... i've already been asking for her but one of the staff said she already left. s

hould i go again another time? or will that seem like im desperate?

ooooor should i leave a business card and see if she calls?

ooooor should i be stalkerish and wait hide outside the shop until she finishes work:woo:

You should put it on the backburner and game other women. It seems a tad desperate and stalkerish for a woman you met once.

Did she invite you there? Just because I tell people where I work does not mean I want them showing up there.

If she says I work at that restaurant or a bar, the proper way is to go there, sit and order. If she approaches, you're golden. Asking for her specifically is a no no.

It also looks like you've been waiting for an opportunity to ask her number. Waiting for an opportunity gets you nowhere. Universe helps those who help them selfs. Thus stop waiting for opportunities and create them for yourself. Always number close her, or more precisely, e-mail and number. (unless she's very old or very poor)

No, she's not interested in you. You're clingy.

take another HB out to her job...

Then she will start going to your job :)

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

Unfortunately Ann Summers is a sex store chain in the UK targeting mainly females. So I've got to give it to Elti Boi for braving it and actually stepping in to ask for her.

I guess he'll be able to tell from her reaction whether he should continue or not. Just don't stalk the shop!
