Yeah, I have to say that was one of the dumbest things I've ever read.
Most girls I know who cut their hair short just want a change, want to try something different, are tired of taking care of the long hair every day, or want a cooler style for the summer. Although I prefer long hair, some girls look pretty damn hot with short hair.

Also, women tend to switch to short hair when they get older. It's sort of an outward sign that they've accepted that their youth is gone.

Pulling something off, I often respond, is the equivalent of “passing” a class. Just because you have enough left-over attractiveness to remain bangable after cutting off your hair doesn’t mean you wouldn’t look better with it back on.

^Lol @ some of you guys on this forum. Clearly you have no idea how women actually respond to long hair. It really depends on the guy and his personal style. Ive seen long hair work on skinny rockers, jock type dudes, hippies, and myself.

I have dreads to my chin at the moment...and girls have always seem to love my hair (at least the women who date me). There was a definite uptick in female attention when I grew my hair, and a huge downtick when I cut it a few years back. And I typically rock fitted tees and jeans. So my look is usually simple and clean.

Regarding short hair on women, I dont see why they have to be shamed as lesbians just because some folks are conditioned by society into seeing hair as this strict gender role thing. While Im more partial to long hair overall...some women just look hotter with short hair and hardly androgynous on hair alone.

There is definitely something to this, though I have no clue what it is. Ever wondered why women grow their hair out AND get extensions in it right before their weddings?

Whenever they want to love feminine, the hair gets longer. Bottom line.

Pics? Hair above the shoulders just doesn't work for me. Sure it's still cute on some chicks but I'll still take them with long hair any day. If she wants to switch it up then dye it or style it different.

Was thinking about this topic more. Based on women I've known and been with, the ones with the best bodies, not necessarily best looking but best bodies... porno stripper bikini model bodies, tend to keep their hair somewhat shorter and brunette, presumably to show off their bodies more. The ones with good not great bodies tend to go with longer hair and all the same damn shade of blonde. Then there are women who just look better with short hair, Cameron Diaz comes to mind. Anyway enough ramble, but the women with the best bodies, most athletic and best sex I've had have had no longer than shoulder length hair, some just down the neck a bit.

Two spectrum.

Women with short hair are either willing to **** or very unwilling to **** and gather orbiters. The only way to know is to push that envelope and see how far you can get. Myself, I find them unattractive compared to their counterpart so it's a matter of getting my **** wet. Which I do not recommend to anyone.

EDIT: I would like to elaborate on the thought process a woman goes through when "redoing" her hairstyle. We all know that women with longer hair is much acceptable by societal norms. Most women adapt to longer hair at an early stage, so the moment they decide to change their hairstyle (their identity, if you will,) they are adapting to a new identity. Truth be told, it is an absolute drastic change. These women don't 'want' to be associated with their past selves. That movie in the Bourne Identity series is a perfect example, although it is much stretched. You either have to get them in their transitional phase; ie: in the beginning, their self esteem very low. OR, you get them at a much more acceptance phase, when their esteem is near illusional to the point they believe that butch lesbian tendencies attract men. Only way to find out is to just go for it.

I strongly prefer long hair. My sister and stepmother, oddly enough, both have pixie-type cuts. It looks good on them, but I'm not into it with women I date. My gf has hair to her middle back and wants to grow it to her waist.

The only downside to long hair is you get those stringy gross stray hairs all over your sh!t. Ugh.

Hair length is generally not a high priority with me, although most women look better with long hair. Check out Erica Eleniak in the movie "Under Siege". She plays the part of a centerfold, but she goes against the grain and has short hair. It totally works and sets her apart from all the other big hair chicks of that genre..........
