Before I start, Im a naturally attractive guy. I maintain good eye contact, have good posture, and am pretty good at conversation. A few months ago, I wasn't good at conversation at all because I was too afraid of saying something offensive or being straight up boring... Anyway, I switched the game up and got a lot better at maintaining some good convo. I found that its a lot easier to have natural conversation if you tease them and poke fun at em a little bit. I think that this works like 75% of the time but 25% of the girls take it seriously and think Imma douche... Anybody have experience with this?

IMO, girls who don't "get" teasing generally are the same ones who don't have much of a sense of humor, tend to be negative and serious about things, etc. They're not all that enjoyable to spend time with -- anyone agree or disagree with this?

Yea, some girls are just real sensitive like that. You're not going to win them all. But couple of things to keep in mind, when you poke fun at them keep away from things they can't change. Things like their weight, acne (if any), etc. And remember to smile as your saying it. That's key. And if they take it too seriously, just give them a hug and say just kidding! And they'll get over it.

It's all about calibration. Especially if you don't know the girl yet, tease her with 'bait' lines and see how she responds, then increase it as necessary if she 'gets it'. You'll probably still offend a few, tough luck. Depending on the particular situations, it should be less than 25% though. Maybe you just need more practice with it?

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

They also tend to be the kind that everyone hates to work with: the sort of woman who'll call HR at the slightest provocation so it stresses out her co-workers as they feel like they're walking on eggshells around her.

At my current job I work with a girl that takes teasing seriously. It just really depends on the girl. Like others said, you can't win over everybody.
