I am really down...My 4 month LTR dumped me because of what she thought were lies and odd behavior. Do you think she was worth it?
What is the advice on this board for dealing with the wound of a break up?

I feel terrible. She called me last night and we have a little disagreement over a summer share that we went in on in Newport Rhode Island. I called the girl that I originally found for us (the share) to follow up and let her know we would have the money, and my girlfriend got pissed at that because my girlfriend was the one dealing with the money and the share, even though I FOUND the share. I stopped by her apartment today, and she was there, her cleaning lady answered the phone and said that my pillow and clothes (it was her apartment) are outside in the hallway.
Is it worth it to tell the people in the shore house that she stole from me that she is a thief and lives with 9 cats that **** all over her apartment everyday and how she lied to the shore house people about her age (she said she was 38 even though she is 42)?
She and I belong to the same social group, so I will be seeing her again.
What is the best cure for how awful it is when she dumps you?
I plan on going out with friends to a bar tonight.

1. Girlfriend starts looking at a facial feature (my nose)
like a curious Alien from Mars looking at a creature for the first time. (Ever see how in the movies a Alien or a monkey or an animal stares at something that it is both curious and afraid at the same time? That is how she looks at my nose), then she starts busting me about it..she is being playful but I am wondering how to deal with it.
2. The other day we were hiking and she starts telling me that the fat/nerdy looking former boyfriend of hers had a "list" of girls (she was BSing I think) that were always after him. She tells me of only one example, a 50 year old women (he was 30 at the time), so I said "What? Why should he start with a 50 year old? A guy like him could start with a 80 year old!"
Was this a better response?
3. Girlfriend says that I am a validation seeker, that I like to seek approval from other people. This is true partially.
4. Girlfriend says that instead of seeking validation, I should be a leader for once....
5. Girlfriend brings up the fact that she used to look hot, (which was true) Have you ever seen the Porn Start called "Friday"? She used to look like that.
While hiking, I ask her if she went with a group to the Swiss Alps when she went with school 20 years ago, she responds with the story again of how she banged this guy she met from Oregon the whole summer while there and how they had sex in the Swiss Alps.

The passion is not there...
She teases me and does ****y and funny about my hair and my nose and other stuff...
I tease her about how she shakes her head like she has a "tick" to move her hair into place...
I need help teasing her because she is like most other women, she loves emotional highs and lows, and has told me that when guys bust on her big time, it makes her want to rip her clothes (read my earlier post)

Here are some facts about her:
1. Has 8 cats
2. Does not clean up cat puke when they puke in the corner (just covers it up with a mat)
3. Is overweight
4. Is in her 40s (I am in low thirties)
5. Has an entire "****" room, that is her Computer Office that smells like ****, because of 3 liter pans..
But she used to be a hottie that dated Pete Sampras for 3 months...

At first I didn't like it when I found out that she was so hot back then that she dated such celebs. Based on how she looks now, nobody will go near her as much, she has gained major weight around the face, and has huge thighs, vericous veins on her legs.
Wouldn't you re-think what you are getting if you looked at pics of your girlfriend from way back and she was hot, and had as she says "responded to every guy's high libido when they were her boyfriend and in their early 20s"

She mentioned that she dated Keith Hernandez of the New York Yankees and Pete Sampras, when I tried to pull a Rick H (Rick Heron) jealous triangle, by telling her that I know some hot blond at a club we were at, and I went up to the hot blond and brought her back to introduce to my girl and it was then that my girl brought up the subject of how she dated Pete Sampras and Keith Hernandez. This was her response because I then pulled a Mystery Method opinion "group merge" controversy thing by saying to the hot blond "Hey, she thinks that its too early in the night to start drinking shots" (while pointing to my girl right in front of her). In the meantime the hot blond brought me a drink!!!
She does not wants kids, and you can tell that her drive to succeed (she came from nothing, put herself thru college, made six figure salary by working hard in sales, but you can tell that inside she might be a mess because, who the **** would let cat puke sit there for over a month? She also knows how to dress sexy and she does have a high sex drive right now.)
When I go ballistic about how pissed I am that she used to be hot and now she is not (and how other guys in the past had her in her prime and now she is a fat piece of ****), she responds with "You should be lucky that none of them are still with me, cause then you wouldn't be able to have now, would you?"
This calms me down a little...
So the point of this post is..
How could I bust on this girl more knowing the facts above?
How would you feel if your girlfriend is an old "has been", but was once so hot as to be chased by famous celebs?
How can I turn around the weapon she used of how she used to date celebs (social proof tactic), into a ****y and funny/bust her for it "response" (to make fun of her for dating celebs? How can I turn that against her?
