girlfriend always wanting to talk on phone at night..how/should to get out of it?

I've been going out with her for almost 4 months, things a finne..good. We're both happy.

However, almost every night she will want to chat on the phone a little. I mean, just a few minutes ago she texted asking "are we talking tonight". I know it's no good to always talk on the phone at night..my choice would be to talk on the phone 3 times per week..no more

So how do i respond w/out coming off as an as*hole? I don't want to be cold and say..no i'm busy.

Usually i'll talk and just end the convo quick..but yeah need some help

I know what you mean, I used to have the same problem, baiscally the only thing you can do is to tell her you are busy, I usually use something like

" I am busy baby (or whatever you call her) but I will call you later"

then you call her back in a few days

that is all the advice I can give you, I assume you do know chicks get bored of you when you talk to them everyday

"i'm busy..gotta finish up some work but i'll talk/see you tomorrow baby"

That will work? I see her kinda getting a little upset? Hmm.

is she one of those uber-sensitive chicks or is she kind of laid back? Her reaction could depend on her personality, I know my g/f used to get upset when I would do that, but once she saw I was really doing something when i said I had work to do, she chilled out

there are a buncha things you can tell her....like....

"I'm eating, dont disturb me" (thats what I told a chick on the phone today)

"I hate you" is the TXT messege I got later on

If she gets upset because you don't want to talk, that's her problem, not yours. You are not the emotion police in the relationship.

If you don't want to talk, don't talk. Let her take care of her owm emotional state.

Will she get upset? She shouldn't... but even if she does she's not gonna leave you or anything it just means she's more appreciative of the time you give her...

And if in the extreme circumstance that she does leave you... she wasn't worth the hassle, lol...

Or call her for 4 minutes before you talk about how long of a day you've had and how tired you are, then yawn on the phone, etc. Within 3 minutes she should be saying "maybe I can let you go" and you can say "yeah, I better get to sleep".

Man stop living by the rules this site makes there are to many, they contradict themselves and all they do is limit you. If your Gf wants to talk to you every nigh talk to her every night. If you genuinely don’t want to talk to her then don’t. I doubt the latter is the case though. Just because you talk every night she wont break up with you ect this site has a lot of ridiculous rules and most of them are not based on GF/BF relationships anyway. That being said do not overdo it don’t have 6 hour long conversations 7 days a week.

People should stop trying to find and create rules for dating. The game is like water its fluid, malleable we should stop concentrating on rules and start concentrating on the game itself. All these rules restrict us they give us limitations and I myself don’t like to be limited.

I view the rules as guidelines so I am never limiting myself. If at sometime I feel like telling a girl she is beautiful I do it because I don’t have rules restricting me. I believe this is what makes my game strong.
