Long story short, I met this girl about a year ago. She was with her current bf at the time and I didn't really acknowledge my liking of her at the current time. Fast forward to about a few months ago and we ran into each other and imo hit it off. Typical laughing/talking blah blah. Next day, she requests to follow me on insta, other social media outlets. I get her number, we text for on and off for about 3 weeks. Conversations range from her life to my life to basically anything in-between. This girl is not a typical snapchat or insta hoe and actually follow more people than follow her. She's extremely attractive in the looking sense and personality sense. She doesn't talk to millions of guys according to her co workers. Back to the problem. The second time we met, she broke up with her long term bf for about 2 months prior. I have asked her to do certain things like typical dinner/amusement park/drinks. She has denied the requests, but says its been a rough few months andhow she felt sad ect... and that we can get Lunch or food sometime because she owes me for everything. Yeah, so I don't know how to take it and I'm prob being a little ***** about it, but it's just annoying af. Should I ghost her or go no-contact or what?

So you asked her out and she said no.

I am not sure I understand why leaving her alone is even in question.

Find other chicks. If this one girl decides to take you up on your date offer, she has your number.

Next.

It has been a rough few months
She feels sad.
Denied your requests.

Nothing here says she is interested in you.
Sounds like you're in the friendzone bud.

Date other women. This one will only spend time with you when she wants to discuss her feelings for another guy.

She may be only taking time off to heal from the last guy, but regardless, you're texting with her way too much without a date yet, which will probably earn you friend zone or emotional tampon status if it hasn't already. You should only hear and learn about each others lives through a dating experience, not via text before any date can happen. Back off any way you want, but withdraw your attention. She has your number. Puts it on her to chase you when and if she wants to.

It makes sense and I figured that was the case. I was just wondering(hoping) it would be accelerated

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

If she has any romantic interest in you at all, missing your attention Will cause acceleration. If not, then forget her.

1. Never text back and forth with a woman except a few exchanges to set up a date. Once the date is set stop texting.
2. If a woman offers you her social media site it says two things 1) low interest 2) she's likely an attention *****
3. Once you get a number wait a bit to contact her and cease all other communication and stay off her social media.
4. She said no to your request to a date.
5. She offered lunch, which is code for friend zone. The reason women offer lunch dates is that it's hard to escalate to go have sex afterward. Sex is typically an evening activity especially when you are trying to hook up the first time.

Here are the things you need to learn:
  1. Act like a friend and you'll be treated as one
  2. If you constantly text her telling your life stories, she'll think that you don't have a life beside her. This is a huge attraction killer.
  3. Asking a girl for a date is a bold move which translated as: "I like you & I'd like to know you more" from your part. So if a girl says no when you ask her for a date, what she's really saying is that, "I'm not considering you as a potential lover".

A girl who is highly interested in you, will tell you a straight 'yes' without any drama. If she's really into you, she might cancel or postpone her own agenda just to be with you.

Go silent for a couple weeks then invite her to do something you already have planned. You: "Hey, I'm heading to the Cubs game next Saturday night and have an extra ticket, want to go? You can even buy the first round for us." Or, "I'm doing a hike on Saturday morning with my Doberman. I'm bringing Zeke (dog) because of recent Bigfoot sightings, haha. Are you brave enough to join us?" So it's like she's your guest on something that will happen regardless.

Take back the power.

If she was interested, none of this would have been mentioned.

All those excuses stem from her not being interested in going out with you.
