I need some help getting the age of a girl who just started. I've talked to her a few times now and I am interested in asking her out which wont be a problem, the problem is that my best guess is that shes around 17 but since im just a little older than that (19 now 20 in Jan) I would like to know for sure so im not breaking any laws.

I was hoping someone here might have a quick easy way to get a girls age without showing too much interest. Thanks.

Just ask her what High School she graduated from.

If shes still going to High School then shes under age.

I was thinking something to get a more specific age since when I was in my last year at high school I had some friends who we're 17-18. As long as shes 17+ its not a big deal anything and I dont think I would mind dating a HS chick since i've only been out myself for a year now.

Dating her is legal

But,

Sex is not. You can go to jail and I belive you will be prosecuted for Statutory rape.

18 isn't the typical "age of consent" in most places. I don't know where people get this idea. This comes up a lot (guess i just happen to know a lot of creepy people) and then i mention www.ageofconsent.com and everyone looks at me weird like i'm goin around doing 14 year olds. If i remember right, it's u.s. centric listing every state's age of consent along with its sex laws, but also includes a number of other countries.

and if she is 16/17.....****ing leave her alone. if she's 18, but for some reason its not the age of consent in your state/country, just go "ops, like anyone really knows that anyway mr officer. who knew it was 21?"
