Girl at work, suggestions?

Ok fellow dj's, I guess ill give you some background info

I actually have very little experience with females (still am a virgin)
22 years old work in a retail store

I like a girl at work, Talked to her a little bit recently when we worked in same department

Found out she was only 17 which kind of hurts
anyways I want to get at her, Me and her havent talked that much, but was wondering if any of you had any suggestions on what I can try
I dont want to just use a lame line, or straight up ask her out ( would feel kind of awkward if she said no , working at same place, you know?) How can I let her know I like her, without saying it bluntly, and find out If she has any I L in me? AT the place of work we dont get to talk to each other a lot, work different hours, different departments, So I need to know what I can say to start up convo when I do see her for the few minutes of the work day. So do you guys think its a good idea me trying to get at her and if it is, how should I go about this, thanks for any suggetsions.

Also--picking up co-workers can be deadly to your continued employment and/or peace of mind. Have a situation at work go sour once and you never repeat that mistake again. If work is the only place you're running into interesting females, get out more.

ok, my n00b detector just hit its peak, so here's my advice (which probably reflects everyone else's:

1. Get a coffee/preferred drink, sit down and READ THE BIBLE.


2. ABSORB IT


3. Telling/letting her know you like her is not always gonna be a good way of going about it. Think about it. For her to go out with you, its important for HER to like YOU. Not vice-versa.

4. Put what you learn into practice. BUT, make sure you've been thorough with the material on this site so you dont screw up your chances, you need to get rid of the AFC in you.

I like this girl a lot but dont know her that well, turns out I cant work there much longer, meaning I have to close and get # now before I leave, since I dont see her that often at work, what can I do to get # and setup date in just a few weeks and only seeing her maybe once a week

Have a quick convo with her, then say this "You wanna join me for some coffee on (specify day) afternoon?"
Then, she will say "Sure"
Then, you say "OK, whats your #?"
and thats pretty much it. Good luck.
