So yea that's the story. This is what she texted me "I'm sorry, I haven't been a great person towards you lately. it's just that you sometimes say and do things that piss me off. But that doesn't give me the right to talk to however I feel like." this text surprised me, it was like out the blue. I didn't even know she did anything wrong, yes she has been kinda cold and a ***** lately but I didn't think she'd ever apologize for it. We usually text each day but the last time we texted was thursday afternoon and nothing till she just apologized. What do I do? Should I text her back and if I do WTF do I say? how long before I text back?

That was a ridicilous text. She's acting like she's your owner and your her puppy but she has been neglecting taking you on walks lately. I'd be annoyed. If a girl got 'pissed off' at me for something i did, id be temped to straight punch her right in the kidney. She's allowed to be annoyed and angry, i encourage this, but acting like she's the boss and punishing me by talking down to me, she's asking for a slap. Id prefer her to cry it out and whine quietly.
Say something to knock her off her comfort spot, stop being her puppy girlfriend. Dont take her seriously, dont let her win.

'Yes, you've been very bad recently. Come over to mine and strip at once so that i can teach you not to do that again'

i agree with Ease, what she said was incredibly disrespectful. I really like the "I lost all my contacts option" go for it. Whatever you do though, DO NOT respond in kind to her message, explaining your or her actions. She wants you to do this. This type of text is nothing new, it has been done many times before and is just another frame grab. Yes, this girl is being manipulative. Trust me. I've had a text almost the same done to me (Except the girl was a lot more dramatic and weepy in saying she was sorry).

Hold your frame strong always, you dont have to reply if you dont want to. Completely change subject or say 'wat are you talking about?' if you need. If she ever calls you out on ignoring or not replying you can just throw it at her, 'do i need to reply to every text?'
