Ghosts Spooking Soldiers in New Orleans

Ghosts (actually demons, since that's all ghosts are) have been spooking soldiers in New Orleans. It contains clips of a Army Chaplain blessing a building with holy water and the Sign of the Cross to rid the evil presence out of the area.

For those that don't remember the same thing happened after the asian tsunami disaster. Ghost reports everywhere over there. From all my reading into the paranormal it is known that ghosts sightings always seem to happen in places where people die tragically.

Ask people about ghosts, there are alot more sighting than i think are realized, its not common to see ghosts, but huge numbers of people HAVE seen SOMETHING.

They all must be liers, because you didnt see it, right?

I dont even see how people can say that they dont exist when there have been reportings of ghosts throughout ALL of human history, back 5000 years. What are those?? Lies??

ASIAN TSUNAMI DISASTER GHOST SIGHTINGS

"Go to Kata Beach", the seven foreign tourists told him, after agreeing on a 200 baht fee.

He drove a while, but then felt numb all over his body.

Looking around he saw the cab was empty. He had had what he thinks was an encounter with the ghosts that many say are haunting the beaches and resorts on Thailand's Andaman coast.

And the religious charms he wears around his neck are not helping him overcome his fears.

"I can't get over this. I'm going to have to get a new job. I have a daughter to support, but I'm too scared to go out driving at night," he said.

Lek's experiences are by no means unique.

Other apparitions which have been reported include a foreign woman, whose screams echo through the night from the wreckage of a hotel that was particularly badly hit.

A security guard on the site has already left his job because he could not bear it anymore.

I don't know why so many people try to deny these sightings being hallucinations, because unlike ghosts, they're a proven fact. And in surroundings like those with the tragedies and New Orlean's dark traditions, people are bound to be on edge and susceptible.

Why else do people only see ghosts in creepy settings? You never hear reports of ghost sightings in a crowded mall, airports or anywhere with a positive mood.

Ghosts are often a fragment of our imagination. Think of the "settings" where people often see ghosts. It's always a:

1) Dark, creepy place
2) At night
3) A place where someone was rumoured to have died (even if it wasn't true)


I bet if you made a supposedly "haunted house" bright and cheerful, with plenty of lights (no dark corners), and had a huge party, there wouldn't be ANY ghost sightings (apart from drunk people seeing their own reflection).

If you see a child or certain presence, thinking its your love one who died... don't be too sure... It is a demon who is impersonating that person, there voice. I don't believe in a " holy water " or religious words... I believe that if you are a Child of God, recite and believe in the Word Of God the bible, i believe there is nothing to fear.

the day the huricane struck... 3 days after that was scheduled the largest gay festival held in new orleans.. with over 25,000 in attendance.
