GF is bartender...!?

Its been about 3 yrs since ive posted or even been in this forum. I look back at some of my old threads and laugh, but extremely proud of my accomplishments. What i notice though is i tend to repeat some old mistakes that ive made as well.

My current situation. Ive been with my girlfriend for about 10 months now. We currently live together. Shes gorgeous, funny at times, and likes alot of things that i do. Put she is what i would call the perfect test of being a true DJ. Sinces shes gorgeous i have to compete or atleast stay on my game with other guys always hitting on her (especially since she works in a bar). Which brings me to this thread. Shes works at two different bars...one ive been going to before we hooked up and im there alllll the time with my friends watching games and so on.

The other bar is more of a after work bar in the middle of downtown. She doesnt want me going there "supposedly" because she doesnt want me getting mad about guys sayiing things to her. I believe thats the reason, but in the back of my mind, i think that maybe she doesnt want me there for the tings that SHE DOES, not so much what they do. How do i approach this? Or do i continue to sweep it under the rug and move on.

She sounds great. You should NEXT her. Just kidding.

You should respect her space. I'm sure she's not doing anything "wrong." She's probably just flirty with the guys to get tips. She's not cheating, but it would make you jealous. That's what happens when you date hot girls.

However, if it's bothering you, you should definitely talk to her about it. Remember that real relationships are based on communication and trust. As long as she's coming home to you though, I wouldn't worry about it.

If you trust her, it shouldn't be a problem. If it makes you feel any better, she's using guys who don't have a chance with her for their money.

What's your interest in watching her take advantage of the fantasy filled minds of AFCs in order to get them to spend more money than they really need to?

AFter all this time, i still get honest responses back whether its sound advice or a loud of crap ( i love it all). The only reason this was an issue is because i didnt understand why its okay to go to one bar but not the other. I enjoy spending AFC's money that she makes. but when your girl tells you that she doesnt want you somewhere, i feel like she thinks shes runnin' the show. To be honest, i wouldnt want to go there anyway, but the fact that she says "NO" intrigues me just a bit.

What should really intrigue you is how she seems to know you better than you'd admit to knowing yourself.
