I'm 34 and I rarely do the bar scene anymore. I usually stick to sports bars. Recently I've consciously noticed how mentally drained and tired I get when going out, which is usually on Friday evenings after work. I know work has a lot to do with it but when hanging with other guys, I feel their energy levels are higher than mine. They're always flirting with the Hooters chicks or the female bartenders. Me? I mainly sit there not trying to start a meaningless conversation with any of them. I consider myself a good looking dude so my friend is always bringing girls around to chat and they do, but man I find it tiresome to entertain these chicks sometimes. Yesterday my bud asked if I was ok because this cute chick seemed to want to chat with me but I honestly just wanted to have my beers and watch whatever game was on tv. Could this be low T? I hate the thought of that. And it would be weird because I go pretty hard at the gym and lift pretty heavy and can feel the adrenaline. Anyway I don't like how things are going with me feeling so mentally drained when I'm out. I feel like some of my friends think I'm becoming lame. Any recommendations?

When I was going to the gym often , I literally was just doing this work - gym - sleep and did not had any energy left for anything else

reduce Your gym program to maximum 2 times a week , and do not kill yourself too much with it

Was this going on pre-pandemic? Sports bars are a bad idea for meeting women. I'm not into watching sports but more into playing them. Sports watchers tend to be more male and more beta male.

It's understandable that you feel drained on Friday night. The solution might be a 2-3 hour Friday night nap. I've done that a few times over the years.

I identify with the whole idea in this. I've never been good late at night. That's why I decided in my late 20s to focus on day game. Also going to the bars on Friday and Saturday nights is often a waste of time. Every John Q Paycheck white collar office worker beta male goes out those nights. They approach women and annoy them with bad game, putting them in overall worse moods.

If you must go out late at night, you're better off going out at night on weekdays. A woman in a bar at 11 PM on a Tuesday or Wednesday is more serious about fuccking than a woman on Friday and Saturday. Another bar option is weekday happy hours. You can get approaches in on women between 5-8 PM on weekdays after work.

They're always flirting with the Hooters chicks or the female bartenders. Me? I mainly sit there not trying to start a meaningless conversation with any of them. Hitting on Hooters waitresses while they are working is meaningless. The way to get one of those workers is to meet them when they are off the ****.

If you think you have low T, get a test. You might also want to see if your diet is the problem so eliminate soy and processed foods. Also, remember to do no porn and nofap.

How often are you training? How much volume? How is your sleep and diet?
4-5 times a week, 1 hour long sessions, 45 minutes weights, 15 minutes cardio. About 3-4 exercises per muscle group. Diet isn't on point but I rarely eat fast food. Sleep is fine.

I think it's just the mental drain from work that has me walking around like a zombie on Friday nights. Yesterday I was much better when I was out, but I did sleep for about 12 hours Friday night.

When I was in my 20's and early 30's I would go to a night club Tues, Thurs, Fri, and then go to raves on Sat, Sun.

Since hitting 35, I might go once a year. Haven't been at all in the last 2 years?

Now, I would much rather stay at home and play a video game or a board game... for some reason that stuff just lost all its appeal.

I once went to a rave in my twenties where a guy was BRUTALLY murdered (blood everywhere) on the dancefloor. Well they cleaned it up and roped off that room and kept the party going in the adjacent 2 while the police surrounded the building. At 40, I'm thinking loud music past 12 pm is simply intolerable and don't hesitate to call the police. How times have changed.

If you are working and working out then feeling tired come Friday is normal. However, sleeping 12 hours even at the end of a heavy week does seem really excessive. i would say sleeping that amount of hours could leave you lethargic and depleted.

Are you drinking enough water? You could be dehydrated.

Also, no harm in going out and not wanting to interact with women. It does not indicate low T in my opinion. Some times you might just want to chill, have a goof with the boys and not be bothered with women.

It is not an obligation to interact with women in every moment that you are out.

Jeez, how bad were the g's moves?

It was a drug deal gone wrong. They stabbed this guy 60+ times IN THE FACE. I recall watching the blood splash on everyone. I guess he ran into a crowd as he was dying and people were just covered in blood... it was the best trance I'd heard all night. Jeez 20 y/o, what a way to go. Anyway, the main room was kept open...there were 2000+ people there and strangely, I didn't even think much of it, we just kept on dancing and partying. Didn't mean to hijack the thread, haven't thought about that in a long time.

Sometimes its better just to stay home and be lame.

Of course it's tiresome to entertain them, you're doing it wrong! You should entertain yourself with them.

I too have never had fun entertaining chicks, but I've had a lot of fun messing around with chicks. Sometimes they just happen to find that entertaining, sometimes they take things too seriously. It's not my responsibility entertain them, that's their responsibility. I take care of my own fun, the rest is up to them.

It's a win-win. You're focusing on how you can have fun, she might be entertained by it and if she doesn't she'll leave you alone. Either way you should be having fun if you have prioritized correctly.

This is absolutely the way. I used to have my gf's play 2 player board games with me cause I could never find anyone who liked war gaming (surprise they didn't either) heheh.

Idk man do you get good sleep? Thats how i usually feel when I haven't slept for crap and go out back to back nights.

Two things I always make sure I get before I go party: good night sleep, food.

IF your life isn't interesting or youh aven't been working hard, you're not going to feel motivated to do jack when you go to bars or clubs. The friends of mine that go the most crazy and energetic are the ones who spend their whole week working

That’s way too much volume for a natural. Don’t lift weights more than 3 times per week.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Maybe I do need to cutback a little bit. It's been my routine for over 10 years. Just a habit now.

Maybe "entertain" was the wrong word? But usually sitting at the bar watching a game doesn't grab a woman's attention. My buddy who was there with me that night was bringing women over to us and I guess by "entertaining" I meant having to interact and socialize.

I see, by entertaining you meant being distracted from watching the game which is what you really want to do when there.

This is my experience also, and tbh, probably most blokes! I guess their will always be exceptions tho. When I was in my late teens/twenties,I would have gouge out my own own eyeballs before staying in on a weekend night...how times change.Nowadays,if one of my mates cancels the night out for some reason, sometimes im pleased! Ha ha its bad.Im not pipe and slippers just yet,but the nightclubbing/drinking thing does lose its appeal as you get older, something I never thought id say

Sleep and diet are ultra important for T levels. Sleep 8 hours a night without fail and cut out processed foods and sugars to maintain strong T Levels in a addition to lifting.
