Getting girls to initiate conversation?

So the other day I realized that I've been messaging girls first a lot lately, and I thought... they should be messaging me first! So i stopped texting/messaging women all together, to avoid the needy/clingy vibe. As you might guess.. I haven't been talking to many women lately. What are some ways to build up your "reputation" (for lack of a better word) and get girls to initiate conversation with YOU. By the way I'm talking about girls you have talked to before. But some advice on getting a girl to text you after you've given her your number would be helpful as well.

Theres 3 main reasons why girls dont text you back. 1: shes afraid you dont like her. You have to realize girls are 10x afraid of rejection than guys thus they wont text you first. 2: shes been placed so high on her pedestal by afcs that she firmly believes a guy should text first(which we should) and 3: she thinks your annoying/creepy. If that happens say **** it and move on. If she does text you first your chances are pretty good from my experiences. So to sum it up be a man and text first.

The majority of flirty behavior comes from physical ques and being playful. Your smile, eye contact, tone, and body language are all essential to being flirty. Basically, you need to Kino more: random playful hugging, tackling, tickling, flicking, wet willies, and playful teasing etc.
