Hey guys I just wanted your thoughts on this. Say you hit it off with a girl at a party or something but you didn't get her number for some random reason, is it acceptable to ask your friend for it and call her or is that sort of stalkerish?

Be a man and ask for the number yourself. It will seem creepy if you call the girl and she asks you how you got her #. Girls want men not wussies. Specially if her friend happens to be a female. Never ask for help from another woman about any sort of dating issue.

I'd say no unless you're completely sure you're never going to see her again (which doesn't seem to be the case). Even if you won't, though, you still have a good chance of looking creepy.
