So I'm probably getting flamed for this but what are your thoughts on men getting a fake tan? I'm extremely white in the winter and I've had girls call me out.

Have any of you gone to tanning beds? Did you turn orange?

It seems slightly gay/jersey shore douchebag-ish to me. But if that's what you want then do it. I prefer to get color naturally. Lucky for me I live close enough to the river where I can enjoy it during summer almost every day. I also get a little pale during winters, but I'm mostly covered by long sleeved clothing so it doesn't matter anyways.

There is nothing wrong with your body. There is something wrong with your mind. Lose that self-doubt. Women can smell it a mile away.

Besides, it's women whose bodies are their only asset. Men have bravery, intellect, strength, and social status: attributes that do not show. Have confidence in your manhood. Confident behavior shows.

Men getting tans where Im from (Cleveland) is not uncommon.... at all. The fact that you even asked this question had me baffled, as if it was frowned upon by others. Apparently this must be a geographical thing.

Not to mention the women that are constantly flowing in and out of these tanning salons.

I personally dont see a major problem going tanning. Of course I can see why its preferred to naturally tan, but as it relates to looking "orange", or getting "flamed" for tanning, i think your way off base.

Go for it

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I went to get one years and years ago, when i was 18. I'm pretty pale as well, despite spending a lot of time outdoors.

They turned me away, because i have Type 2 skin.

In general I'd say be comfortable in your own skin. Who cares if girls call you out? How serious could they possibly be anyway?

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.
